Sirius

Hi!! Today I talking about a picture I like very much.
This picture was taken by me one year ago when I go in for study veterinary, the early months.
This picture shows my dog Sirius sited in a couch in my house with a tender face when he was a puppy, approximately when he had three months of life. I putt he in the couch for take a picture for spread it, because I was care of him for a little time, but later then many things happen he finally was mine
I like this photo because it shows my dog when he arrive to my home and for his lovely expression this was the beginning of our friendship, that’s why this photo is special.

Why I study veterinary

Hi!! Today I talk about my academic experience.

When I was a child I always dream to travel around the world seeing animals like Jeff Corwin and others animals documentalist because when I was a child I ever watch these programs with my grandfather and he show and teaching me about animals.
When I was choosing a career I have many options, medicine, veterinary medicine, musical interpretation and zoology. I couldn’t study zoology because in Chile isn’t a career, I wouldn’t study musical interpretation because I not have money for buy instruments.
I have two choices, but finally I decide veterinary medicine because the plans I did in my life include something with animals. I always want to study zoology, but veterinary medicine is the closest career. I choose veterinary medicine for this motive and because I like job with animals, cure and be with them.
My experience in university has been very good, better than I expect. I do all the things I want to do and things that I don’t know I could do. I love my career.
I don’t know what I want to do in the future, I like many things like small and exotic animals clinic, wildlife animals and zoological and medicinal investigation. Anyway I hope that in the future I choose one area.

The fastest land animal

Hi!! Today I talk about my favorite animal.

My favorite animal is the cheetah. He is a yellow feline with black patches. He have an anatomy designed for run, he have the biggest heart among the felines, have a large tail for stability and his claws aren’t retractile for a better traction. Is for that why he hasn’t good defenses against other animals like lions or hyenas.

The cheetah run at high speeds over 100 kilometer for hour to caught his prey generally gazelles, he caught young wildebeest or young zebra too. They can wait for much time to decide when is the better moment to catch his prey. They hunt at middle day when the others animals are sleep. Cheetah lives in Africa and Asia, in savannah or steppe land in groups.

I like cheetahs because they are very goods hunters and his speed is awesome.

Hi!! Today I give my opinion about some interesting topic.

My opinion about fortune telling:
Personally I think that the fortune telling is not true, because many of their predictions are not true or not exact and if one prediction is true, it’s a coincidence.

My opinion about killing stray dogs:
In my opinion, the kill of a stray dog is unjustifiable because it has not the guilty for live in the streets and its death is not an ethical or real solution to its condition. The real solution is the population education about responsible pet ownership and sterilization of their pets. 

My opinion about legalizing marijuana:
I’d suggest that marijuana should be legal because it is a drug with low consequences and some benefits in contrast with cigarettes or alcohol. In some countries it used in many disease treatment like cancer, multiple sclerosis, etc.

My opinion about violence on television: In my opinion, the violence in television is not good or bad, the families that not teaching well their children are bad. The television shouldn’t be censored because people know what they can see.  

My opinion about owning an exotic pet:
I believe that if the owning are legal, the animal are in good conditions and its owner are responsible, there aren’t a problem for that owning.
